Applications open now for I/O Psychology Master's Program!

Howdy,

We are now accepting applications for our Master of Science (MS) program in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology. I/O Psychology is the scientific study of human behavior at work and the application of that science to workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations. Individuals with master’s degrees in I/O psychology are employed in consulting, private practice, government, and corporations. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projected that I/O psychology was the fastest growing in-demand occupation, with an anticipated growth of 53% between 2014 and 2022.

The program emphasizes the application of psychological principles to human resource decisions and organizational behavior challenges. Students will benefit from training by faculty who are scientists engaged in the field and who also teach courses in a nationally ranked I/O Psychology Ph.D. program. Our department is a large and vibrant learning environment that offers a low student-to-faculty ratio. Classes will begin Fall, 2018.

We hope to welcome you into this new program!
